SFP+ 10G
For 10G you pick the SFP+ on fiber and distance. SR is for multimode in the data center (up to 300 m on OM3). On single-mode you choose LR for 10 km, a 20 km variant, ER for 40 km, ZR for 80 km or a 100 km variant. All duplex: two fibers per link.
An RJ45 SFP+ brings 10GBASE-T to copper, but draws more power and runs hotter than an optic; check that your switch can handle that per port. Only one fiber available? See 10G BiDi. We code every optic for your platform.
